Doubletree by Hilton Pleasant Prairie Kenosha, WI

I got dinner from the restaurant in the hotel. It was very good. I highly recommend the sweet potato cheesecake! The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location felt safe and parking was more than adequate to accommodate my Uhaul. Overall, it was a really great place to stay.

The location was perfect right next to the outlet mall so theres tons to do! The pool was fun! other guests and staff were friendly.

What I liked best was the customer service, hands down! Hit a little speed bump while I checked in (totally my fault), and the guy working was so kind, helpful, and made my check-in very smooth! My room was very nice and comfortable. The light on bathroom mirror wasn’t working. I told the woman behind desk about it and she very quickly got it taken care of for me! I was very pleased and excited that it was taken care of so quickly (within minutes of me asking to get it fixed). Considering all the weddings and other parties and guests there, I was impressed with the quality service! Every employee that I came in contact with was very friendly!

Very clean hotel with a nice restaurant attached to it. They do not have a typical hotel breakfast buffet. Instead you order off the standard breakfast menu which has a limited number of items.
